NOTICE TO BIDDERS
PROPANE SUPPLY BID

The Mormon Trail Community School District is seeking sealed bids for the supply and delivery of propane for the 2025–2026 school year.

Specifications and requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Delivery to school district facilities as requested.

  • Reliable service with the ability to respond to district needs in a timely manner.

  • Pricing structure (fixed or variable) must be clearly stated.

  • Any additional fees, surcharges, or delivery charges must be outlined.

Sealed bids must be submitted to Mikayla Davis no later than Monday, September 8, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. Bids may be:

  • Dropped off in person at the Mormon Trail Schools Main Office, or

  • Mailed to:

    Attn: Mikayla Davis

    Humeston, IA 50123

Bids will be opened at that time, and action will be taken at the Regular Board Meeting held on September 8 at 6:30 p.m.

The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the District.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
SNOW REMOVAL SERVICES BID

The Mormon Trail Community School District is seeking sealed bids for snow removal services for the 2025–2026 winter season.

Specifications and requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Snow removal must be completed by 6:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, and by 8:00 a.m. on all other days when a winter weather event has occurred.

  • Services include clearing snow and applying snow melt to sidewalks, parking areas, driveways, and other specified areas as directed by the District.

  • Contractors must provide proof of valid liability insurance.

  • Contractors must hold any appropriate licensing required to perform such services.

Sealed bids must be submitted to Mikayla Davis no later than Monday, September 8, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. Bids may be:
